My Martial Arts Student The Prince

by shifu abdallah
(Alain,UAE)

I'm just a poor guy that loves kung fu, pressure points and acupuncture. I spent half my life learning it and can't get enough students to support me to make a living out of it. Nontheless, I learnt the arts for about 15 years straight from northern shaolin, long fist, eagle claw and mantis fist.

I had the fortune to teach one prince and he was a student in England but he had trained with me for about a year. I was constantly drillimg him in the 50 row set but only taking the prime moves from eagle claw and 8 step mantis lipi(tai lou) teaching him the pressure points and grabbing techniques(chinna).

An incident occured when he went to a playground to play basketball, he was insulted and threatened for no reason, nothing at all, just for being there. So he warned them "I know kung fu, I just want to play ball, I've got no problems with anybody."

They would not listen and began to attack him violently and aggressively. With the first attacker, he clawed the attacker's hand with a lock and attacked the pressure point on the shoulder where the nerve is, he also ripped the guy's muscle out of place. The other people attacted him randomly but only to get hurt as well. He was outnumbered 10 to two and his partner didn't know really any martial arts.

I'm glad that he didn't cause any deaths, the first guy and main instigater was in the hospital for 3 months. I taught him some deadly techniques that I learnt from my sifu for over 15 years - throat locks, wrist locks, elbow locks and leg locks.

Thank you for reading my story and hope you enjoyed it as well.
